• Doors Open: 12:30 PM
• Pre-Show: 1:30 PM
• Matches: 2:15 PM
• Post-Show: 6:50 PM

Spectator Guidelines

1. Entry and Re-Entry: On arrival, all spectators must wear a wristband for re-entry. Wristbands are your proof of entry, so please do not lose them.
2. Event Timing: Spectators can enter the venue 45 minutes before the scheduled start time.
3. Ticket Policy: Each registration email allows one person to enter. No family members or pets are allowed, except certified guides and assistant dogs with proper licenses.
4. Prohibited Items: No food, drinks (including water), sharp objects, or prohibited items are allowed inside. Please dispose of any restricted items before entry.
5. Seating Arrangement: This event is open seating on a first-come, first-served basis. For safety and order, please follow staff instructions and avoid seat disputes.
6. Age Requirement: All attendees must be at least 12 years old. Some may need to show ID at the entrance.
7. Photography and Promotions: Your likeness may be used for event promotions. No professional cameras, flash photography, or laser pointers are allowed.
8. Venue Conduct: Please avoid littering, disruptive behavior, or attempting to interact with players during the competition.

Prohibited Items List

• Food and beverages (including water)
• Pets (except certified guide and assistance dogs with a proper license)
• Firearms, fireworks, sharp objects, and other items that may pose a safety risk
• Camera drones, camcorders, and professional recording equipment
• Laser pointers, high-power flashlights, and similar items that could disrupt gameplay
• Cigarettes, lighters, including e-cigarettes
• Banners, flags, leaflets with political or discriminatory content (team and national flags are allowed)
• Items prohibited by law
